The Heat is Yuma's year round, competitive swim team, and is a club member of USA Swimming (the national governing body for amateur swimming in the United States). Individuals 5 and over are invited to participate.

Have the Beijing Olympics got you pumped up and ready to begin your own personal quest for gold ? Every Olympic swimmer started their journey as a novice swimmer at a club like ours.

Its not too late ! The Heat will continue to accept new swimmers through April. If you are interested, please stop by Marcus Pool for a try-out/evaluation ... 10 & Unders at 4 PM and 11 & Olders at 6:15 PM. Call or e-mail for further information !
