The Heat is Yuma's year round, competitive swim team, and is a club member of USA Swimming (the national governing body for amateur swimming in the United States). Individuals 5 and over are invited to participate.

Emily Gough won the 11-12 100 Freestyle at the Short Course State Championships in Mach with a terrific 55.08 ! Emily had a great meet, setting FIVE new club records !!
