Meet sign-up forms are available for the Season Finale @ Brophy Prep (July 28 & 29). The sign-up forms are due Tuesday, July 17 (but we will take them on Wednesday because there is no practice Tuesday evening).

AZ Age Group State entries are posted on the website. The Psych Sheet is also posted.

Meet Recap

Good swimming and good times in Las Vegas. This was the first long course meet for several of our swimmer … no problem. Lot and lots of second were dropped, plus a couple of new state cuts ! Alex Curtis broke two team records (100 and 400 Free). More could be said about the non-swimming activities, but what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas !

Myriah Frabasilio and Katelyn Weddle swam in the Speedo Championship Series last weekend in Gresham, Oregon. Myriah dropped three seconds in her 400 Free and moved up from 110^th to 68^th ! Katelyn swam a 2:40.15 in the 200 Breast to take 18^th. In the 100 Breast, Katelyn swam a GREAT 1:13.34 to finish 7^th. That is only .05 off the Senior National cut (the Yuma Sun said 5 seconds … no … 5 one-thousandths of a second) !

Break

The plan at this time is to take our end-of-summer break the week of August 6^th. Unless something MAJOR comes up, that is what we will do ! That means no practice August 6-12.
