Yuma HEAT Swimming conducts USA and US Masters swim programs as part of Yuma Aquatics, Inc., an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation. A parent and program representative run board of 12 members lead the team administration. The CEO head coach is also a member of the board to provide long-term expertise and stability to the team organization. Mission

To have a nationally recognized aquatics program that teaches and trains all levels of swimmers, emphasizing individual progress, team unity and family participation.

Objectives:

1. To enable swimmers to learn, train and compete at their highest level of achievement.
2. To consistently participate as a team at the state level championship meets.
3. To continue to improve and expand aquatics programs for the Yuma community with a minimum base average enrollment goal of 100 year around swimmers, while maintaining the highest quality possible.
4. Educate parents and swimmers in the competitive sport of swimming and the positive mental attitude of team participation.
5. To recognize swimmers who have achieved significant goals.
